What is HBS User?
HBS user is a hotel admin account for Joomla HBS component. You can create unlimited HBS User (Hotel admin account) using HBS Package II and Package III. After create & enable HBS user account hotel admin can login in hotel admin area from website frontend and Hotel admin can able to manage all required informaiton for each hotel.
How to create HBS User or Hotel Admin account?

Click Components > HBS Administrator > Hotel admin user from joomla site administrator area.
Then click new from top right side.
1. Name: Type name of hotel admin
2. User name: Type hotel admin user name for login as hotel admin
3. New Password: Type a password for login as hotel admin
4. Verify Password: Re-type your password
5. Hotel name: Type name of hotel for hotel admin account
6. Super hotel admin: Check this box if you want this user can able to login as super hotel admin.
Please note super hotel admin is a part of joomla site administrator area. So if some have access of super hotel admin account he can have access of completejoomla website administrator area.
How to manage hotel admin account:
You can create unlimite hotel admin account.
You can add / edit / delete any hotel admin account.
You can publish / unpublish any hotel admin account.
Important for site admin about HBS user:
Please note each hotel admin is a user of joomla and hbs.When you create any hbs user he/she can have access of Hotel admin area and joomla default user account. Each hotel admin account sotre in joomla user list and hbs user list. But joomla user don't have access of Hotel admin area. Only HBS User can access hotel admin account.
> So if you delete HBS user from joomla user area it will be delete from hbs user account also.
> If you want to disable hotel admin access please just unpublish hbs user account.
> If you want to delete any hotel admin account just delete from HBS User list; Please note if you delete any HBS User it will be delete all content of hotel what was with this hotel admin account.
