The Group Hotel will work exactly similar to the Individual Hotel Section.  The only main difference will be that the Group Hotel Feature, will list all the hotels belonging to that chain. The Hotel Group will then be able to view what the individual Hotel’s super User can do without logging in to the Individual Hotel Administration Area.

All reports will be cumulative where possible. That is a reports section will be built which will all the Group Hotel to view all the reports that is offered by the Individual Hotel, only cumulative (Reports will be based on all Hotels together).  The Group Hotel User will still be able to drill down into each of its branch hotels, and get the reports for that individual Hotel .
The Group Hotel Section will have its own link to send messages to the Site Administrator (separate to the individual hotels).
The administrator will be alerted should the Hotel Chain/Group be disabled by the Site Administrator at the login stage.
